WCA GC Interclub - Sunday Target Handicap

This is a trial for the target handicap system. As different players will have different hoop targets, game winners are decided on percentages and 'hoops' will reflect this, e.g someone with a target of 10 who scored 7 will have a score of 70% and earn 70 points in the 'hoops' column
