Felix Webby(NZL) appealed against his placing in the draw, stating that there were two third seeds in his block.
The Appeal Tribunal, consisting of Mike Cohn, Jim Clement, and Peter Coles, assisted by Stephen Mulliner (WCF S-G) to explain Sports Regulations, heard from Felix and then from Bruce Fleming as Tournament Manager.
The Tribunal upheld Felix's appeal, directing that the draw be recast.
