Unfortunately two of our players have missed their flight and cannot get here in time to play any matches tomorrow. So I have advised them they have to withdraw, and that leaves us a player short in each of the first two Eights. Please note the following schedule and format changes:

Billie Ray will replace Rania Gabr in the First Eight. The overall order of matches for the First Eight is otherwise unchanged, but some of the (nominal) start times will be adjusted. Everyone in the First Eight plays at 9:30 tomorrow.

Sarah Persons will replace Billie Ray, and Jason Collins will replace Khaled Kholief, in the Second Eight. The overall order of matches for the Second Eight is otherwise unchanged, but some of the (nominal) start times will be adjusted. Jason Collins vs. Ryan Eberlein will remain a 10:40 start tomorrow (so Jason, you have a later start than originally scheduled). Dick Johnston vs. Bill Simmons will have a 9:30 start, instead of the originally scheduled 10:40 start.

The Third Group is now the Third Eight. The format will be a complete double-round-robin of single-game matches, 14 games per player. That means everyone in the Third Eight will play 4 games per day for the first 3 days, and 2 games on Sunday. Everyone in the Third Eight has a 9:30 start tomorrow. I will work out those pairings, and the rest of the schedule, in the morning.
