The Clubs at St James NC Spring Golf Croquet Tournament

Day 1 of tournament notes by Rocky Smith

We will be playing untimed games to begin with. We have played 1 game and it took 55 minutes to finish. We have allocated 75 minutes per game for the schedule. Based upon the first game please arrive 30 minutes before play is to begin. We want to start games as soon as a game finishes. We understand a game might go for longer than 75 minutes. But being ready to start once a game ends will help in staying on schedule.
If you need a question answered regarding the game you are playing raise your mallet in the air. Someone should come and answer your question.
If you feel a shot has a potential of a double tap, a crush, or a mallet fault raise your mallet and have the shot watched.
If a fault occurs the remedy for a fault is turn ends and Opponents Choose between balls replaced (no points scored or counted) or leave balls where they lie (points scored for their side counts).
Play well beginners and advanced players. Please enjoy the play and have fun.
