The final (best of 3) of the singles at this under 21s event was called off due to a 3:5 hour period of contunious rain between 1pm & 430pm which flooded the lawns, we had also had some rain during the morning with the lawns being flooded as well at around 11am, There was not enough time to wait it out until the lawns became playable again, this would have been around 6pm or later that evening.
The manager (myself) decided the title would be shared between the two finalist Luke Francis & Ethan Grumbrell.
The plate event was won by Cohen Jones by a higher net games result.
There was only one game played of the final rounds, as the competitors were to jockey for there respective postions.
