Good Morning to you all, this is just a pre-tournament email to give you information regarding this tournament that you are all entered in.
Format - Round Robin 7 games in all. played over 3 days Day 1 - 3 games Day 2 - 2 games Day 3 - 2 games. 4 lawns will be used so no double banking.
If there is a Tie for 1st Place the winner will be decided on Net Hoops ((in the event they are the same the 1st Placing will go to the winner of their match).
Championship Open Play - Games will be 3hrs plus Law 61
Game Start Time - 8.30am sharp you will need to be at the Club by 8am to report in and have your 10min warm up before the Manager and Referee's talk.
Club House Fee - $5 per day (this includes morning and afternoon teas etc) 3 days cost of $15 can be paid by Direct Credit to the Waikanae Croquet Club bank a/c 02 0591 0040388 00. make sure you put your name in the Particulars column and CNZ Womens in the Code column for the treasurer. If you wish to pay on the day please bring the correct money .
Lunches can be ordered and paid for daily. They are purchased for you from a local bakery Sandwiches and Rolls are $10 and Paninis are $12. .

Lawns will be available for pre tournament practice on Thursday afternoon from 4pm.
It has been suggested to me that you might like to have dinner all together on Saturday night. There are a couple of good restaurants down on the beach front which I could book for you. Let me know what you all think about this idea. If you have any query please do not hesitate to give me a call or an email.
