Plate & Zed

The players who did not qualify to the Knockout, plus the four players eliminated in the today's first Knockout round, are eligible for Zed and Plate play. The four losing quarterfinalists will also become eligible. We will start with two rounds of Zed play. At 8:30 we have two courts available, so room for 8 players (possibly increasing in the second round).

The Plate will be a single-game knockout (maybe with a best-of-three final). Losing quarterfinalists who wish to play will get byes to Saturday's quarterfinal or semifinal round, depending on how many of them opt in. Plan is to play two rounds this afternoon. If more than 8 wish to play, we will take the top 8 based on combined block and Zed results.
