Selectors' Weekend format by Andrew Gregory

The Selectors' Weekend has a new format this year. It's essentially a Burridge Swiss. Four rounds of (more or less) strict Swiss yield (as lovers of Pascal's Triangle will realise):
One player with 4/4;
4 players with 3/4;
6 players with 2/4; etc.
The top 5 qualify for the knockout, to be joined by the 3 winners of the games between those on 2/4.
