Per USCA Standing Orders the Knockout is seeded by block position, that is, the block winners are seeds #1 through #4 and so on. Seeding has been adjusted to avoid block-game rematches in the first round of the Knockout, and to put #1s and #2s from the same block into different quarters. (This meant swapping Soo and Xavier, and swapping Kyle Maloof and Pailas.)
