Nelson 71st Annual Tournament

Welcome to the 71st Nelson Annual Tournament!

Championship events will start on Saturday, 6 March 2021. Please report by 8:15 am for a 8:30 start. All games for every event will be 2 1/2 hours. Championship events will be ranking games.

The Open Championship has two blocks. Blocks will play on Saturday (3 games). Sunday the winner of Block A will play the winner of Block B in Best of 3 for 1st and 2nd. Second place in each block will play Best of 3 for 3rd and 4th places. Third place in each block will play for 5th and 6th places. Fourth place in the block will play for 7th and 8th place.

The "B" Championship will be block play with the player with the most wins will win the event. Games are 2 1/2 hours.

The "C" Championship will be block play with the player with the most wins will win the event. Games are 2 1/2 hours.

Handicap Doubles will be played on Monday and Tuesday, 8 & 9 March. Report by 8:15 am for a 8:30 start. Three games will be played on Monday and 2 on Tuesday.

Handicap Singles will be played on Wednesday and Thursday, 10 & 11 March. Report by 8:15 am for a 8:30 start.

Trophies and prize money will be awarded for each event.

Morning and afternoon teas are included in the entry fee. Please bring your own lunch.

Please see Health and Safety Plan for Alert Level 2. It will be posted in the club rooms. Parking available at the lawns.
