Entry fee: $30 per player payable by internet or before play on the first day.

Format: Untimed* 13-point games in single semi-seeded round robin.
*However, the Tournament Manager may, if the tournament is running over time, allow only five more minutes after one hour, after which the current hoop is to be completed and, if the scores are then tied, a further hoop.
